Delete Your Account
Use this page to request deletion of your Growmigo account and the data associated with it.

Delete your account in the app
Open Growmigo, go to Profile, press and hold Delete Account for three seconds, then confirm. Your account deletion will begin immediately.
Request deletion without the app
Enter the address associated with your Growmigo account and select how you sign in. We will never ask for your password. We aim to complete verified requests within seven days.
Data we delete
We permanently delete your Growmigo coaching data, including goals, phases, habits, progress, quests, activities, badges, chat and conversation history, stored Coach Chat photos, AI-response reports and their photo snapshots, onboarding answers, coach settings, memories, saved personalization, notification settings, push token, and active authentication tokens.
Limited data we retain
We retain a limited account record, including the account email address, sign-in provider identifier, trial eligibility, and subscription status or identifiers, for purchase restoration, fraud prevention, legal compliance, and account integrity. These limited records are kept for the lifetime of the Growmigo service unless a longer period is required by law.
Subscriptions
Deleting your Growmigo account does not automatically cancel a subscription billed by Apple or Google. To avoid future charges, cancel it separately through your Apple App Store or Google Play subscription settings. We will still process your account deletion request if you have an active subscription.
