By creating an account, starting a subscription, or using Growmigo, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Accounts and access

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account, devices, and login credentials secure. You must not access another person's account or use Growmigo in a way that interferes with the service or other users.

Users under 18

People under 18 may use Growmigo. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you should use the app with permission from a parent or guardian. A parent or guardian may contact us about a minor's account at any time.

Coaching, not professional advice

Growmigo is designed for goal setting, habit support, motivation, reflection, and general coaching. It is not medical, mental health, legal, financial, or other professional advice. You are responsible for your own decisions and should contact a qualified professional when you need professional support.

AI-generated content

Some coaching, quests, summaries, suggestions, and messages may be generated with AI. AI output can be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your situation. Review suggestions before acting on them, and do not rely on Growmigo for emergency support or high-risk decisions.

Subscriptions

Growmigo offers subscription-based access to paid features. Subscription prices, trial periods, renewal terms, and cancellation options are shown before purchase in the app or the relevant app store. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled according to the app store's rules. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple App Store or Google Play account, or through the in-app subscription management screen where available.

Payments and refunds

Payments are processed by the relevant app store or payment provider. We do not directly collect or store your full payment card details. Refund requests are handled according to Apple App Store, Google Play, or payment provider policies, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Your content

You keep ownership of the goals, habits, messages, preferences, and other content you add to Growmigo. You give us permission to use that content only as needed to operate, personalize, secure, support, and improve the app, including generating coaching and reminders for you.

Privacy and deletion

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use information. You can delete your account in the app. Account deletion removes your app-owned coaching data, while limited records such as email address and subscription status may be retained where needed for verification, purchase restoration, fraud prevention, legal compliance, and account integrity.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse Growmigo, attempt to disrupt or reverse engineer the service, upload unlawful or harmful content, abuse automated systems, bypass subscription access controls, or use the app in a way that violates applicable laws or the rights of others.

Service availability

We work to keep Growmigo reliable, but the service may be unavailable, delayed, changed, suspended, or discontinued from time to time. We may update, improve, limit, or remove features as the product evolves.

Disclaimers and liability

Growmigo is provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses resulting from your use of or inability to use the app.

Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms as Growmigo evolves. If we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify users, such as updating this page or providing an in-app notice. Continuing to use the app after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
